For sale is a Hilliard Little Dipper chocolate melter and temperer. This is a compact chocolate melting unit that can temper and hold chocolate for any kind of chocolate candy making.
Unmelted chocolate is inserted in the back half of the bowl divider and the melted chocolate stays in the front half of the bowl.
You can hand dip, fill molds, coat nuts and candy and use it to coat any confection. The thermostat holds the chocolate in the correct temperature all day and overnight.
It will melt up to about 25 lbs of chocolate a day. Have original manual and will explain how to use if you are not familiar with using real chocolate.
Also works well with chocolate coating.

Electrical Requirements: 120 volts, 400 watts. Uses 2 100 watt bulbs for heat.
