Modified 10 lb. per hour (80 lbs/day) Hilliard chocolate tempering machine accurate to 3/10’s of a degree with conveyor chain, two extra bowls with scrapers so you can have heated white, milk and dark chocolate ready to seed, conveyor enrober, cover for machine when not in use, tons of chocolate molds, etc. The original Hilliard this size goes for around $2,700 used and this one has had a $1,000 engineered upgrade to work with much greater temperature accuracy. Hilliard’s are known as being a quality chocolate tempering machines, with many professional chocolatiers using them. These machines are specifically designed for the small production runs and frequent changes in product type. All portions of the Hilliard's Tempering Melter that are in contact with the chocolate are constructed of sanitary, cleanable materials. Cleaning and changeover from one type of chocolate to another can be completed simply and easily in about one-half hour, without the need for tools. Included in the lot are hundreds of molds (a large mix of truffle, bar, holiday molds, box molds, lollipop molds, etc). The molds are worth thousands of dollars, including many custom molds made for our store (they need cleaning before using). We are no longer in the chocolate business and need to move this for our home renovation.
