Torrey Pines Bank Cocktail and Chocolate Pairing - what a night!

The chocolate that we chose to pair with the cocktails were
- Lady Lavender infused Gin was paired with a dark belgian chocolate and toasted Juniper Berry to compliment the Gin flavoring
- Woodford Bourbon with smoked cinnamon infused simple syrup and orange peel went over with a Mayan Hot Cocoa truffle
- We also had a milk chocolate mix with candied meyer lemon peel which was second by a hair to the Mayan Hot Cocoa truffle
