Dan is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He has served in Pastry kitchens from the Ritz Carlton to the Meridien and several shops from Boston to San Diego.
Camille grew up in Freeport Maine and is a graduate of Alfred University majoring in visual arts. Camille has vast experience in glass art and in the handling and creation of it - a perfect lead into the delicate balance that fine chocolate requires.
Dan and Camille McKenna have been making chocolate for years before deciding to bring their finest offerings to you and have opened a boutique factory. All of their chocolate is Couverture Fair Trade Premium chocolate. They temper each batch of chocolate with special equipment to ensure that each comes out crisp, clean, fresh and shelf stable. Located locally in San Diego you can be assured that each batch is fresh and our stock is put through quality control testing.

Everywhere we go and everyone we ask tells us that our Salted Caramels are the best they have ever tasted and ask us what we did to make it so special. We Harvest the salt directly from the Pacific Ocean offshore in San Diego and refine it to our exact specifictions. We use only the finest Couverture Belgian chocolate available and have developed our unique blend with different cocoa butter styles. The chocolate is sustainable and fair trade. All ingredients we use are of the highest quality and absolute freshness.
