We stand behind the delivery of orders purchased directly through and we work hard to ensure that our chocolate is delivered to you fresh and in good condition. If an item purchased from does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team at camille@missionheightschocolates within 7 days of receipt of your order for assistance for a refund.
Mission Heights Chocolates is not responsible for any orders returned due to a refusal of delivery or invalid/incorrect address or non-adherence to our shipping policies. We cannot sell an item once it has been returned to  Mission Heights Chocolates
