We were fortunate enough to have been invited to pair our chocolates with Neil Strachan the ambassador of Balvenie Scotch - Neil was pouring 14 year old Caribbean Cask which is aged in rum casks. We paired this beauty with a Trinitario cacao nib and belgian chocolates which enhanced the tropical fruit and creamy toffee notes of my new favorite Scotch - we learned alot from Neil and can hopefully make it out soon to the motherland
